We pulled up to Savanna DryCon in Sandton (Johannesburg), where the crisp and dry cider brand treated us to a night of comedy followed by an all-out party.
From start to finish, the event blended sharp humour with unmistakable Savanna energy.
The evening kicked off with a yellow carpet moment, welcoming guests into a bold, bright, yellow-themed setup perfect for photo ops and arrivals. We spotted several friends of the brand, including Sithelo Shozi, Moshe Ndiki, Primo Baloyi, Zamani Mbatha, Mohale Motaung, Bheki Ndamase, Nkanyiso Makhanya and Sipho Alphi Mkhwanazi, among others.
From there, everyone was ushered into the comedy arena, where Steve Jobe, the world’s first Chief Dry Officer, hosted the show. He set the tone with his signature dry humour, keeping the crowd laughing throughout. The comedy set also featured panel talk, giveaways, fun quizzes and light-hearted moments that had everyone engaged.
Once the jokes wrapped up, the night shifted gears into a full party takeover. The lineup featured the best in the game Vinny Da Vinci, DJ Kent, Ms Cosmo and Morda, who kept the dance floor alive with crisp beats while Savanna kept the drinks flowing.
A night of laughs, music and unmistakable Savanna personality DryCon delivered once again.
