ARSENAL have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Ecuadorian wonderkids Edwin and Holger Quintero, it’s been claimed. The 17-year-olds are currently plying their trade with Ecuadorian side Independiente Dele Valle, which has churned out several Prem stars.
