South Africa has once again made the list for having one of the “sexiest accents” in the world.
The country has 12 official languages, which also recognises sign language.
SOUTH AFRICA BOASTS ONE OF WORLD’S ‘SEXIEST ACCENTS’
According to X account @infodexx, which measures global rankings, trends, and insights, South Africa recently took the second spot for the “sexiest accent” in the world.
Although data wasn’t shared on which language it referred to, many have predicted it to be Afrikaans.
Last year, Afrikaans was voted one of the top winners in the “Top 50 Sexiest Accents in the World” list by travel website Big Seven Travel.
It shared: “Afrikaans is a hugely popular accent with many people across the globe, thanks to its unique tones and Saffa slang”.
According to stats, around seven million South Africans speak Afrikaans as their first language. Another 10 million can converse in it.

South Africa not only has the “sexiest accent” but some of the “sexiest men” too.
Last year, a survey by Bright Side revealed that South Africa ranked tenth among the most attractive men in the world.
