Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine Internships 2026
Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine, a leading chrome ore producer and a subsidiary of Assore Limited, is offering several structured internship opportunities to qualified graduates. Located near Lydenburg and Burgersfort in Limpopo, the mine is committed to developing young talent while strengthening critical mining and technical skills in South Africa.
These internships provide two years of specialised workplace exposure (one year for HR), allowing graduates to gain practical experience, develop professional competencies, and build careers in the mining sector.
Successful candidates will be appointed under the Dwarsrivier Chrome Mine Conditions of Employment, which includes medical fitness certification in line with the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996.

Geology Internship (1 Position)
- BSc (Hons) / BTech in Geology

Mining Internship (2 Positions)
- Diploma / National Higher Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering

Rock Engineering Internship (2 Positions)
