The actor, known for his role in of Kush Kazemi in EastEnders, met mum-of-three Melanie while they were both still married at the end of 2022.

The Sun previously reported how they stayed in touch after the panto ended.

At some point, love between them blossomed and the pair both left their respective spouses and moved in together.

They went Instagram official with their relationship earlier this year and have now shared their romantic sun-soaked holiday.

Sharing a slew of loved-up snaps, Davood wrote: “Greece in June looks like this…”

His followers flocked to say what a “stunning couple” they made, however, there was one person who used it as opportunity to accuse the actor of infidelity.

The comment read: “Unfollowed. Don’t like people who cheat on their spouses and break up families.”

Not taking this accusation lying down, Davood hit back: “Bye then! I don’t want people following me who know nothing.”

Davood and Melanie met when they both starred in Aladdin together nearly three years ago, at the Waterside Theatre in Aylesbury, Bucks.

The Sun revealed in February how they had since become a couple, with a source saying at the time: “They are two very attractive people and it was clear they had sizzling onstage chemistry together.

“There was a lot of flirting backstage and I’m sure Aladdin wouldn’t have been happy that Princess Jasmine was giggling with Abanazar behind his back.

“But the genie is now well and truly out of the bottle and they are a proper couple — living together, training together and posting photos on Instagram together.

“It’s almost like a perfect fairytale ending — but for the previous partners they have left in their wake.”

When we first reported on the new couple in February, it was understood that Melanie was still legally married to husband Daniel Haslam, but had left the family home last year.

Davood married his long-term girlfriend Isobel in 2010 and they have two daughters together.

It now believed the soap star and Melanie live together in Essex with her kids.

At the time of our ordinal story a spokesman for Davood declined to comment.
