The new Selling The OC agent Ashtyn Zerboni might have limited real estate experience, but she’s definitely excelling at starting drama. One of the many, many feuds she ignited on the show was over whether Alex Hall was flirting with a potential client. Alex Hall has now shared more receipts to back up her claim that she wasn’t flirting with Ashtyn’s friend Andrew White on Selling The OC.
Alex took to Instagram to share her version of the events we saw on Selling The OC. (Please note that Alex repeatedly misspelled “Ashtyn” as “Ashton”.)
She wrote: “1. [Ashtyn] claimed that ‘her client’ told her I was flirting with him, that I made him uncomfortable, and that his girlfriend was so upset she refused to attend [Ashtyn’s] baby shower. Make it make sense” in what world would someone skip their best friend’s baby shower instead of simply uninviting the person they supposedly ‘don’t like’ (AKA… me)?”
For context – Andrew White is in a long-term relationship with an OnlyFans model called Nikita Sullivan.
“Anyway – none of it was true. These were blatant lies and false allegations pushed onto me. See Exhibit A: the ‘client’ himself confirming that none of this ever happened and even sounding confused about where this entire narrative came from.”
Alex shared an actual screenshot of Fiona’s conversation with Andrew. Fiona read out part of this on the show. Andrew DMed that the flirting allegations were “really random” and “definitely not the case of what I thought of said”.

Alex continued: “She then tried to justify all of this by claiming she was ‘so upset’ because she thought I was trying to poach her client – also completely untrue.
“I was told to be at a specific property at a specific time and we filmed a scene. That’s called doing my job. I had zero knowledge of any prior relationship or conversations between [Ashtyn] and this person.”
Alex shared a screenshot of a text from a Selling The OC producer about what time she should turn up to the house. This is meant to back-up that Alex didn’t know the house belonged to Andrew, or that he had any link to Ashtyn.

Alex also complained “the crocodile tears, the drama, the lies, the accusations” were “all over a ‘client’ who was never even her client.”
She posted a screenshot that shows Andrew didn’t end up listing that house after Alex and Fiona went round it.

She also took a swipe at Ashtyn’s limited real estate experience. Fyi, Ashtyn seems to mostly co-list properties with a more experienced agent at The Oppenheim Group called Charlotte Warren.
“Maybe that’s why she doesn’t understand how damaging and disparaging her accusations can actually be for a woman who has been in this industry for over a decade,” Alex finished.
Ashtyn maintains that she didn’t make up that Andrew thought Alex was flirting. She’s read out text messages that supposedly show Andrew did make some comment along the lines of Alex flirting, but he didn’t intend for it to escalate into a big deal. Supposedly, he told Fiona he never said anything about flirting, as he didn’t want to have “drama” with her and Alex.
At this point, I think we all need to either see the CCTV footage or just move on x
