MAFS UK’s Leigh has hit out at Leah on social media after realising that the “woman in the bar” they argued over during the experiment is her current girlfriend.
It caused a huge row on the show, with Leigh accusing her wife of flirting with a random girl she knew in a bar, and they even spoke to the experts about it. Leah has denied flirting with her.
Now, in a furious Instagram rant on Monday (17th November), Leigh has revealed it was the same woman she’s dating now, Everton footballer Maz Pacheco.
“Shortly after myself and Leah argued on the show about my suspicions of her behaviour toward the girl in the bar, I saw a couple of comments about Leah and her new girlfriend, as it was mentioned that they’d been seen together prior to filming the show,” she wrote.
“I then saw a photo of Leah and her partner in a comment section to which I then realised that, the ‘girl in the bar’ is the same person that Leah is now in a relationship with. Naturally I was shocked, as I’d watched myself in the experiment be persuaded I’d over reacted for expressing my concerns at the time and had nothing to worry about.”

Leah confirmed the woman in the bar was Pacheco in an interview with Nonchalant Magazine this week, but revealed they have known each other for over a decade and didn’t hook up until after the show finished, so they weren’t chatting romantically.
When asked about the moment she stopped being friends with Leigh, she said: “The turning point for me was when her friends and a few family members and stuff have gone out to big content showbiz creators and tried to create stories around me and my new partner. [They were] saying that because it was the person I bumped into on a night out, and I’m now with her, it looks sussy.
“[They are] trying to fabricate stories because she was in turn trying to hide something and I just think don’t cry ‘Let’s be nice to people’ if you’re going to try and sabotage.”
Responding to Leah’s claim that she’s trying to fabricate stories, Leigh said: “ONE person I know (not multiple friends and family members) did approach two creators on another app to make them aware of this as there was a lot of speculation. I acknowledge it was not handled correctly and for that I apologise.”
Leah revealed she’s known her girlfriend for 13 years and they always kept in touch on Instagram, but only “hooked up” when she came out the show, and it’s “been really nice”.
