Finance Graduate Trainee Programme Overview
This 12-month Finance Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for young Finance graduates from previously disadvantaged groups who want to:
- Gain hands-on experience in a busy Finance Department
- Work in a high-performance manufacturing environment
- Build strong, workplace-ready financial skills
Successful candidates will be placed at:
- Illovo Eston Mill
- Illovo Noodsberg Mill
You will be exposed to real financial operations, reporting processes and internal controls in a complex industrial setting.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for the Illovo Finance Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Academic Requirements
- Completed Degree or Diploma in Finance
- Honours in Finance is beneficial but not compulsory
- CTA will be an added advantage
Skills and Attributes
Candidates must:
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- (Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage)
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
