About the Bidvest International Logistics YES Programme 2026
Bidvest International Logistics is offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed youth to participate in the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme for the 2025/2026 cycle.
The YES Programme is a partnership between the private sector and government aimed at reducing youth unemployment by providing meaningful work experience. BIL fully supports this initiative by equipping young people with both theoretical and practical skills essential for growth in the Transport and Logistics sector.
Participants will gain 12 months of structured work experience and complete 25 modules through the YES learning platform.
Key Responsibilities
As a participant in the programme, you will be expected to:
- Commit to a fixed 12-month YES Programme.
- Complete 25 theoretical and practical modules on the YES Platform.
- Compile and submit a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) upon programme completion.
Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following:
- Must have completed Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be 18–34 years old.
- Must be available and committed to working full-time for 12 months.
- Must have a strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry.
- Must be unemployed.
- Must not be enrolled for any academic studies in 2026 or during the programme.
- Must not have participated in any YES Programme before.
