Mineral Resources shares lithium load with POSCO in $1.2 billion sale

Mineral Resources will sell a 30 per cent slice of its WA lithium business to South Korea’s POSCO in a deal that will deliver an upfront $1.2 billion in cash to buttress the miner’s debt-laden balance sheet.
