About the Investment Banking Team
The Investment Banking Division (IBD) is structured across industry, product, and country coverage teams.
Key sectors include:

- Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT)
- Healthcare & Multi-Industries
Product teams cover Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Leveraged Finance, while country teams operate throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), collaborating to deliver strategic corporate finance and capital markets solutions to clients.
Programme Overview
The Analyst Programme provides a broad and hands-on experience within Investment Banking, offering real exposure to deal-making, financial modelling, and client engagement.
Training and Development

Key Responsibilities
As an Investment Banking Analyst, your responsibilities may include:
- Working alongside bankers on live deals and strategic advisory projects.

- Supporting transaction execution, including M&A, IPOs, and capital raising.
- Collaborating with other product and coverage teams.
- Building analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills essential for a successful finance career.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a final-year student or recent graduate (graduation between September 2025 and July 2026).
- Be available to start full-time in April 2026.
- Hold a degree from an accredited university.
- Demonstrate fluency in English.
- Show strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
