Makhathini steals the show as she escorts a fan to his matric dance

South African influencer Cindy Makhathini recently made a young fan’s dream come true when she accompanied him to his matric dance.
Reflecting on the experience, Makhathini shared her joy online, writing: “Ow, what a day I had. I’m happy I made someone’s day and made them feel special.”
The heartwarming gesture came just weeks after Makhathini was involved in a car accident towards the end of September. She lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a SASOL garage.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Recalling the incident, Makhathini expressed her relief that everyone was safe, saying:
“I just crashed my car — not just crashed, but crashed into a SASOL garage. Luckily, no one was hurt and my car only got scratched. But the damage I did to the garage is too much. I’m so lucky the owner was kind and gentle about the situation. But when does it end? There’s always something happening in my life.”
She added that the condition of her car was the least of her concerns compared to the damage caused to the garage. At the time, she confirmed that she was cooperating with police as they worked to resolve the matter.
