SHE’D gone to her local Aldi on the hunt for their new Baccarat Rouge dupe.
But Jess ended up leaving with more than she bargained for, when she spotted another middle aisle bargain.

But while UGG’s Goldenstar clogs come in at £125, Aldi’s are a fraction of the cost[/caption]
“I literally ran in and saw these,” she said in a video on her TikTok page.
She then held up her find – a pair of beige suede mules with a slingback.
The shoes also feature a seam down the front and a cushioned sole, making them virtually identical to UGG’s Goldenstar clogs.
The only thing that isn’t identical is the price tag.
While UGG’s clogs come in at a whopping £125, Aldi’s are a fraction of the cost, but look just as comfy.
“I don’t know why no one else is raving about these!” Jess marvelled.
“They literally look like the dupe of the UGGs.”
She then showed what she’d actually gone in for – the £5.99 Lacura dupe of Baccarat Rouge.
Holding up the Cardinal Sin scent, Jess said she’d heard it “smells more like Baccarat Rouge” than the original perfume itself.
“It smells amazing!” she added.
“Aldi coming in strong this year with the dupes!” Jess wrote over the top of the video.
“Run to your nearest Aldi,” Jess added in the caption.
The Cardinal Sin eau de parfum comprises a “captivating amber and woody symphony opens with the exotic embrace of jasmine and saffron, settling into a rich, grounding base of cedar and fir resin”.
It’s one of three fragrances that hit the middle aisle this week, alongside Desert Spirit – a dupe of Byredo’s £150 Mojave Ghost.
The trio is rounded off by Lacura Pistachio – inspired by Kayali’s £79 Yum Pistachio Gelato scent.
And if you’re a fan of Aldi’s scent-sational dupes, you might also want to keep an eye out for the store’s £6.99 Fig Tree candle – which shoppers say it’s a spot-on match for the £58 Diptyque figuier (fig tree) candle.
