Internship Opportunities
1. Systems Analyst Internship (Ref: PPL-87)
Purpose:
Gain hands-on experience analysing business requirements, designing system solutions, and bridging the gap between business and technology.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of SQL, system design principles, or UML diagrams (advantageous)
Key Learning Areas:
- Business analysis and documentation
- Systems design and solution planning
- Testing and quality assurance
- Process documentation and stakeholder collaboration
2. Business Analyst Internship (Ref: PPL-85)
Duration: 18 months | Location: Kuilsriver, Cape Town
Purpose:
Support the Technology team by understanding business change needs, analysing requirements, and facilitating communication between business units.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc Engineering Degree (Industrial Engineering)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Core Focus Areas:
- Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
- Requirements Elicitation and Communication
- Requirements Management and Analysis
3. Software Developer Internship (Ref: PPL-86)
Duration: 18 months
Purpose:
Gain valuable, hands-on experience in software development while contributing to real projects and learning from experienced developers.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc in Information Science or related field
- Knowledge of C#, SQL, and Angular
You’ll Gain Experience In:
- Programming languages: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, PHP, Angular, and more
- Database management using MS SQL Server and MySQL
- Agile software development and testing
4. Credit Risk Internship (Ref: PPL-84)
Purpose:
Develop analytical and problem-solving skills in a real-world financial services environment by supporting the Credit Risk and Data & Analytics teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent analytical qualification
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI (advantageous)
Exposure Areas:
