About the Learnership Programme
An exciting new opportunity has become available at Hollard, offering a 12-month Learnership Programme designed to ignite potential, build careers, and empower South Africa’s unemployed youth to thrive in the world of work.
Participants will gain practical experience, mentorship, and theoretical knowledge while obtaining a nationally recognised Insurance Qualification (NQF Level 4 Certificate).

Requirements
- Be a South African citizen
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Passed English (60% or higher) and one other language
- Passed Mathematics (50%) or Maths Literacy (60% or higher)
- Not currently studying
- Not registered for any other learnership programme
- No previous participation in a formal insurance learnership
- Unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
- Computer literacy is an advantage
