STRICTY Come Dancing fans have hit out at the judges and branded them “unfairly harsh” for their scoring of Balvinder Sopal.
The EastEnders actress saw her dance fall flat on the contest with the judges giving more feedback than praise.

In particular, Shirley Ballas did not hold back when it came to giving her opinion as she told the actress her footwork was “not very good”.
A miffed looking Balvinder listened on with gritted teeth as Shirley shared her feedback, saying: “The footwork for me was by no means very good.
“I do believe Balvinder is going to go far, but she’s not if everything is pushy.”
Not holding back, she said: “I want [Balvinder] to learn something and pay attention to a heel turn.”
When it came to scoring, Craig and Motsi both opted for a seven but Shirley marked it down and offered a six.
Anton Du Beke also offered a six for the routine.
In comparison, Shirley marked Ross King, who has been described as this year’s ‘worst’ contestant, a mark of five.
It led fans to hit out at the scoring by claiming it was wildly unfair.
Writing on X, one fan said: “That was so unfairly harsh on Balvinder.”
Another added: “The way the judges spoke to Ross versus Balvinder is… odd? You’d think their scores would be opposite.”
A third penned: “This being said to Balvinder after Ross’ dance just infuriates me. CONSISTENCY PLEASE.”
Before a fourth went on to say: “Balvinder danced beautiful! Should’ve got 8s. So under marked.
“Love Balvinder. Would love her to win and Alex runner up.”
