Messi is the face of the team and was reunited with the former Liverpool striker in December 2023.
The Daily Mail have now claimed that Neymar, 33, has been offered to Inter Miami.
The Brazilian attacker returned to his boyhood club Santos in January after his Al-Hilal contract was terminated.
He initially signed a six-month deal back in Brazil but extended his terms until December.
Once his current agreement expires, he will be free to talk with other clubs.
The report has suggested that talks have not yet taken place between Neymar and Inter Miami.
However, it is argued that his representatives can see value in Neymar playing in the MLS ahead of the USA World Cup next summer.
Inter Miami are believed to be working on new contracts for both Messi and Suarez.

Messi has also played with Neymar since they both left Barcelona, as they linked up at Paris Saint-Germain between 2021 and 2023.
The club is set to lose both Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets who are about to retire.
SunSport reported that former Manchester United loan flop Sergio Reguilon will be Alba’s replacement.
The Spaniard has been a free agent since his contract at Tottenham expired at the end of last season.
Inter Miami have just two games remaining of their regular season in the MLS.
They are still in the running for the MLS Cup and can finish second in the Eastern Conference.

Their next fixture is against Atlanta United on Sunday before their regular-season finale against Nashville.
