The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) invites suitably qualified South Africans to apply for various job opportunities available in the North West Region.

Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (excluding benefits)

1. Grant Administrator (Level 05) x4 Posts

Locations & Reference Numbers:

• Taung Local Office – Ref No: SAS NW 01/2025
• Rustenburg Local Office – Ref No: SAS NW 02/2025
• Moretele Local Office – Ref No: SAS NW 03/2025
• Maquassi Hills Local Office – Ref No: SAS NW 04/2025

Minimum Requirements:

• NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Management, Business Management, or Management Science as recognised by SAQA.
• Computer literacy is essential.

Added Advantage:

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Administrative or clerical experience.

Key Duties:

• Provide grant customer care services.
• Screen and capture grant applications and beneficiary maintenance functions.
• Administer medical bookings and assessments.
• Provide off-site grant application services.
• Scan and batch grant files for processing.

2. Clerk: Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support Services

Location: Regional Office – Mmabatho
Ref No: SAS NW 09/2025

Minimum Requirements:

• Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) as recognised by SAQA.
• Computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential.

Added Advantage:

• A 3-year National Diploma in Public Management, Business Management, Facility or Property Management (NQF 6).
• Knowledge and experience in Facilities Management.

Key Duties:

• Assist with administrative functions related to facilities management in the region.
• Support registry and auxiliary services, including cleaning, catering, etc.
• Record, capture, and retrieve correspondence and data related to facilities management.
• Assist with travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with Section 57 of the PFMA (Public Finance Management Act).

Employment Equity Target:

• African Male → Coloured Male → White Male.
