My baby weighed almost a STONE at birth even though he came 3 weeks early – people say he’s a ‘full grown man

A MUM has left the internet open-mouthed after revealing the size of her newborn baby.

The US-based mum took to social media to show off her firstborn son, admitting he was a ‘chonky monkey.’

In the clip, the mum first showed what she looked like with her baby bump, and even from the outside, you could tell her baby was going to be giant.

But it was the next image that confirmed just how big her little boy was.

After giving birth, the mum had a picture taken of her son as he was weighed – and he came in at an eye-watering 10lbs 3oz.

Her baby came in at just under a stone, and was considered a 99 percentile baby, meaning he’s in the top 1% of weight for a newborn.

Shockingly, he could have grown even bigger as he was born three weeks earlier than his due date.

The mum revealed that she did give birth with a C-section, which many people joked was the best option.

She also revealed that prior to her son’s birth, she had been trying to conceive for five years so his birth was extra special.

The clip was shared on her TikTok account @lazyoctopuss with over 3.5 million views and 280k likes.

People were quick to take to the comments, many asking the mum how she was doing, while others joked her son was the size of an adult.

One person wrote: “That ain’t no baby that’s a grown man.”

Another commented: “For clarification, this is the size of my THREE MONTH OLD.”

“I’ll be damnedddddd that’s a big baby,” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “Thank god you gave birth that early. THATS A BIG BABY.”
