MAFS UK’s Grace and Ashley are having a rough time on the latest season of MAFS, and in a new TikTok, Grace blames the experts for their problems.
The couple keep butting heads on their opposite beliefs – Ashley is quite traditional, while Grace is more progressive and is a feminist. They’ve had arguments about everything from edgy jokes made by Ashley to his comments surrounding Grace’s appearance, down to her “overgrown” nails.
The Norwich-based bride spoke on TikTok about the backlash she’s been getting from viewers who are questioning why she even chose to go on MAFS.

“People are literally saying like, ‘Why did she go on the show? She’s an idiot’,” she said in a video filmed in her car.
“Sorry, what do you think I asked the experts for? Do you think I said, ‘Hmm, please may I have 100% not a feminist? Um, I think that would be perfect for me’ No! Guys.”
She continued: “Did you not see me having a meltdown on the wedding day? I literally knew what was going to happen. This was going to be awful.”
When she started the experiment, Grace told the experts that she wanted an independent man who’s confident, and shared her sense of humour. She even said what had ruined her relationships in the past was men being intimidated by her “wicked” humour.

But with this video, and her and Ashley not following each other on Instagram, it’s getting pretty obvious that they were mismatched.
Grace also called out the experts and production in her recent Instagram post, which talked about consent and expectations with sex. Defending herself in her new TikTok, she said: “Everyone trolling me is only reinforcing to me that this is the most important conversation we’ve probably ever had on reality television.”
Ashley hasn’t spoken about either the experts or the consent conversation, and has limited the comment sections across his socials.
