STACEY Solomon has found herself targeted by mum-shamers after admitting her kids have to have “soggy” packed lunches by the end of the week.
The mum-of-five opened up about her time-saving hack in an episode of her BBC reality show Stacey & Joe, as she revealed she preps all her kids’ lunches for the whole week on a Sunday.

She said that because she preps all her kids’ lunches for the week on a Sunday, they’re soggy by Friday[/caption]
But she didn’t look too concerned about it as she opened up in an episode of BBC programme Stacey & Joe[/caption]
“So you do lunches on Sunday for the whole week?” the interviewer asked.
To which Stacey replied: “Yeah, and they have soggy carrots by the Frida!
“No one likes Friday lunch boxes, but oh well!”
Grinning, Stacey went on to share the measures she takes to try and stop the lunches from spoiling, as she said: “You can put a little paper towel under the cucumbers so they don’t get too soggy.”
“Who cares about a soggy carrot when it’s practically the weekend anyway?” a video of the moment was captioned when it was shared on Instagram.
However, the comments section was almost immediately filled with people slamming her for the admission.
“That’s unkind,” one person wrote.
“Shame on her!” another raged.
“Can’t get behind this sorry,” a third agreed.
“If I wouldn’t eat it how can I expect my child to!”
Someone else insisted that “soggy carrots = bacterial activity”, as another commented: “Sorry but that’s lazy, just do fresh every day.
“I did and had a full time job!”
“This can’t be real,” someone else remarked.
“I put them in the fridge when I make too much and you couldn’t eat after 5 days – it’s nasty.”
“Gross!” another yelled.
But for all those trolling Stacey, there were also people defending her, with many praising her for revealing the hack.
