A sneak peek shows the remaining housemates playing a game of Spin the Bottle.
However, the clip showed Caroline being summoned to the Diary Room by Big Brother.
“Oh, I’m in trouble”, the Canvey Island native is shown saying, as she hears the announcement.
The end of the teaser shows Caroline about to ask a question – before cutting to her co-stars reacting with shock.
She is then shown revealing to Jenny: “This is the worst thing I could do.”
Jenny, 20, from Derry, replies: “But I think all you can do is apologise.”
Caroline responds: “Oh, all I want to do is apologise.”
She entered the iconic house alongside 11 competitors on launch night.
It comes as Caroline opened up about why she never had children and why five engagements failed.
During Thursday’s episode of the ITV2 show, Caroline, George and Teja were sat in the garden as talk soon turned to relationships and children.
George asked Caroline if she had any children, to which she responded: “I couldn’t have them because I had cancer.
“But I never fell in love and then when I knew I couldn’t have them, that’s why I couldn’t be bothered to get married because I didn’t see much point because you get married, have your children and all of that stuff.
“I love kids though, I love them, I am a kid,” she joked before explaining further: “I have nothing, my mum and dad have got no grandchildren but that’s life innit.”
This revelation came after she told her fellow housemates about her secret breast cancer battle she faced years before entering the house.
The PR Executive discussed how she had undergone surgery during her illness but felt she “should be dead” after the disease took over.
Speaking with Feyisola in the bedroom, her co-star complimented her breasts to which Caroline quipped: “Oh they aren’t real because I had breast cancer.
“I should be dead; I should be dead. If I hadn’t have gone when I did…”
