Programme Overview
- Contract: 12 months (non-renewable)
- Placement: You’ll be assigned to a unit aligned to your qualification and career goals
- Mentorship & Training: Structured, competency-based learning with experienced mentors

Minimum Requirements
- Recent graduate with a relevant National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- No prior internship/contract work in the Public Service or Private Sector (non-disclosure leads to disqualification/dismissal)
- South African citizen
- Strong motivation to work in public service
