The engagement comes months after her romantic engagement

South African actress Khosi Ngema and her fiancé are expecting a baby.
Sharing the news, Ngema expressed her gratitude for the new chapter in her life. “God is love. We are blessed forever. Can’t wait for our new adventure,” she wrote.
The announcement comes just months after the couple’s engagement in July 2025.
Her fiancé, Marco Benz, proposed in the most spontaneous way, taking Khosi on a private helicopter ride to a secluded lake before getting down on one knee.
“A moment for life. A new chapter. The key word is spontaneous,” he shared about the proposal. “I could have brought a whole camera crew, but I wanted to keep this moment genuine for my love and stay present without making it too obvious.”
Reflecting on the engagement, Khosi shared her excitement with fans.
“Lil bit of life lately… your girl is ENGAGED!! Hello?!! This year has been quite reflective and called me to take a lil hermit break to focus on growing and cooking up some stuff.”
She continued, “It’s been interesting, weird, exciting, at times testing, and full of surprises. Some I can’t wait to share! Anyway, how’s the year been for you? Sending kisses! Love, K x.”
Who is Khosi Ngema’s fiancé?
Ngema’s partner, Marco Benz, is a cinematographer and musician.
He is an accomplished filmmaker, director, and video editor who has worked as Director of Photography (D.O.P.) on several projects, including Netflix’s Meet the Khumalos.
He has also directed and produced various music videos, showcasing his creative range behind the camera.
