About the Administrative Internship Programme 2025

Due to continued growth, the company is offering internship opportunities within its Services Divisions at the Head Office in Blackheath, Cape Town.
The internship provides valuable exposure to administrative processes, office management, and business operations within a corporate construction environment — preparing candidates for successful administrative and support careers.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- N4–N6 in Management Assistant, Business Management, Office Administration, or Financial Management
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Must require work-integrated learning (WIL) to complete a qualification
- Must uphold a strict sense of confidentiality
Added Advantages
Preference will be given to applicants who:
- Have previous clerical or administrative experience
- Studied Accounting as a subject in Matric
- Reside within 20–30 km radius of Blackheath, Cape Town
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the Services Divisions
- Assist with data capturing, filing, document control, and office coordination
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling company records and correspondence
- Support supervisors and senior staff with daily administrative operations
