Neither team were able to break the deadlock in the opening 45 minutes, though the hosts had the better of the chances.
Fulham took the lead in the 70th minute against the run of play as Ryan Sessegnon fired past Djordje Petrovic.
The lead did not last long as Semenyo continued his good form and netted the equaliser.
Justin Kluivert then completed the comeback with a brilliant strike in the 84th minute to put the Cherries into third.
Semenyo then added shine to the result with a goal in the 96th minute.
