Government Printing Works invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for the Internship Programme 2026/2028 (24 months).

Programme Overview

The 24-month GPW Graduate Internship provides structured workplace exposure under experienced professionals across Finance, Supply Chain, Risk, ICT, HR, Security, Sales, Communications and Operations. Applicants must be unemployed South African citizens who have not previously participated in a government/state internship.

Stipend

R7 860.40 per month (all streams)

Basic Qualification Requirements (by area)

• Finance streams: Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/SCM/Procurement (as specified per stream)
• Risk/Compliance/Internal Audit: Diploma/Degree in Risk/Compliance/Law/Corporate Governance/Internal Audit/Business Continuity
• ICT streams: Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Information Systems/System Development; Cyber Security for ICT GRC roles
• Communications: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design/Desktop Publishing/Layout
• Security: Security Management or Electronics (for systems)
• HR/OD: Work-study/Operations/Management Services/Production Management; HRD/Training for Talent Management
