Research Fellow – Water & Health (Key Info)
Minimum requirements: PhD in Biotechnology/Microbiology (or related); experience in water & health; ≥2 journal articles.
Recommendations: Health-related water/wastewater microbiology; molecular biology; publications in high-impact journals.
Summary of duties: Publish in leading journals; design & conduct wastewater-based epidemiology research; community engagement; assist with grants/proposals/presentations/progress; supervise/co-supervise postgrads; technical guidance; individual/collaborative research.
Research Fellow – Bioinformatics (Key Info)
Minimum requirements: PhD in Biotechnology/Microbiology (or related); molecular biology & bioinformatics experience; metabolomics; ≥2 journal articles.
Recommendations: Metagenomics & metabolomics; algae–soil–plant interactions; high-impact publications.
Summary of duties: Publish in high-impact journals; coordinate & manage institute bioinformatics platform; research on biofertilizers/bioinoculants; grants/proposals; supervise postgrads; technical guidance; individual/collaborative research.
Research Fellow – Algae 2 (Key Info)
Minimum requirements: PhD in Biotechnology/Microbiology (or related); experience in algal biotechnology & phycoremediation.
Recommendations: Applied algal tech; industrial wastewater treatment using algae; publications in algal biotech.
Summary of duties: Publish in high-impact journals; algal biotech research; assist with large-scale algal raceway ponds; grants/proposals; supervise postgrads; technical guidance; individual/collaborative research.
Research Fellow – Algae 1 (Key Info)
Minimum requirements: PhD in Biotechnology/Microbiology (or related); expert algal biotechnology; ≥3 years research experience; ≥5 publications in algal biotechnology.
Recommendations: Applied algal tech & physiology; large-scale algal cultivation; high-impact publications.
Summary of duties: Publish in high-impact journals; algal biotech research; operate large-scale algal raceway ponds; grants/proposals; supervise postgrads; technical guidance; individual/collaborative research.
