The online sensation known as Ibiza Final Boss is set to be the headline act of Meadowhall’s Student Night later today.
Newcastle’s Jack Kay, 26, went viral earlier this summer for a video showing him partying on the Spanish island of Ibiza with a distinctive bowl haircut, neatly trimmed beard, sunglasses, and large gold chain.
He will be at the Sheffield event this evening (2nd October) to judge a lookalike contest – with students encouraged to dress in their best Ibiza Final Boss outfits and be in with the chance of winning one of five £100 Meadowhall vouchers.
Jack will also meet and greet fans on a first come, first served basis from 6pm to 8pm.
Darren Pearce, centre director at Meadowhall, said: “We can’t wait to bring the ultimate Student Night back to Meadowhall – and this year, we’re going bigger with the help of the Ibiza Final Boss himself, Jack Kay.
“He’s captured huge attention online, and now you’ll get the chance to meet him in person and show off your best lookalike outfits!”
The judging for the lookalike contest is due to begin at 6pm, so contenders are advised to begin queuing at 5.30pm.
The Sheffield shopping centre’s annual student night will host a range of live entertainment and exclusive discounts between 6pm and 9pm.
This year’s event has been dubbed “the biggest ever”.
Darren added: “With DJs, performers, games, giveaways and huge discounts from your favourite brands, it’s set to be the biggest night out to kick off the new term and celebrate being back in the city.”
Selected retailers will have discounts of up to 25%. Brands such as Levis, Dr. Martens, JD Sports, and Vans are among those with deals on offer.
Discounts can only be accessed by students who can present a valid student ID.
