About the Programme
The FAIS Ombud (established under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002) aims to resolve complaints against financial services providers in a fair, informal, economical, and expeditious manner. As part of its Graduate Recruitment Programme, the office seeks to appoint Graduate Trainees (2 positions) in the Adjudication/Case Management Department for 12 months on a fixed-term contract.

Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen with a valid ID.
- LLB degree (PLT/Practical Legal Training is an advantage).
- Passion for public service and interest in the financial sector.
- Strong academic record.
- Able to work under pressure, eager to learn, willing to work extra hours when required.
- Energetic, self-driven, deadline-driven.
- Computer literate.
